Packing And Shipping Policy

packing Policy:

  • To ensure the safe and secure delivery of live plants, they are carefully packed in sturdy carton boxes. Name tags are attached to plants during packing for easy identification.
  • To minimize transit damage and ensure the safe delivery of your plants, we ship orders only on Monday and Tuesday.. In certain cases, shipping priority may change, and we may dispatch orders on other days as well. All orders are processed on a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) basis to ensure fair and timely delivery.
  • Non-live products like grow bags, fertilizers, and pots are packed in carton boxes or packing bags for secure delivery. Plants are packed with cocopeat to retain moisture and ensure proper hydration during transit.
  • Depending on availability at VGR Gardens, we will provide your order in one of the following forms: rooted plant, jiffy-planted plant, stem cutting, bare-rooted plant, or plastic net pot plant.
  • Holes are provided in the carton box to maintain plants freshness by allowing proper airflow.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Products are shipped through third party courier companies like DTDC , The Professional Courier ,Delhivery Courier , BlueDart ,ST Courier ,Speed Post (India Post)..etc
  • For plants, bulk and wholesale orders are shipped via transports MSS Parcel Service and Indian Railway Junction. Non-live products are shipped through VRL Transports, but customers need to collect them from the nearest parcel service office, as home delivery is not available.
  • Once the order is shipped, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp by default. Additionally, they can be provided via email upon customer request.
  • To check the courier status, visit the respective courier company’s portal and track your shipment using the provided details.
  • For live plants, actual shipping charges are not applied regardless of quantity. However, minimum charges for packing and local transportation, as listed on the website, are included as shipping charges. Additional shipping costs may apply based on the quantity and weight of the plants.
  • Home delivery is available for most locations, with 90% of orders reaching directly to your doorstep. However, in some cases, you may need to pick up your order from the nearest courier center if home delivery is not possible in your area.
