Refund Policy
VGR gardens believe in maximum customer satisfaction and hence we have a liberal cancellation policy
REFUND POLICY:
- We appreciate your understanding. Our shipping process has a 95% success rate, but in rare cases, plants may be damaged or die during transit. In case of damage or mismatch, please capture images and videos as requested by customer support. The issue must be addressed within 48 hours. If customer support requests additional photos &videos to better understand the complaint, it is mandatory to provide them in order to process compensation.
- Our responsibility covers the plant’s condition only on the delivery date. If a product is found to be defective or the plant arrives dead, a replacement will be provided with your next order according to the packing terms and conditions.The customer support team will confirm the replacement for live plants.
- If the plants are in a plantable condition, they will not be considered damaged.
- Please note that in the case of product replacement, shipping and packing charges will apply.
- If the address or phone number provided is incomplete or incorrect (e.g., missing house number, state, lane, pincode, etc.), subsequently returned to the origin and in such cases, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. If the parcel remains undelivered due to no one being available to receive it at the customer’s end, we will not be able to process a refund.
- If a flood or any other natural calamity occurs in your area after placing an order, you must inform us before the product is shipped. Failure to do so will result in the inability to process a refund.
- Please note that no refunds will be provided for delivered products, and no returns or exchanges are allowed for any items. If an order has been packed, dispatched, and subsequently returned to the origin, it will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Refunds typically take 3 to 5 days for processing and will be credited to your account within 3 to 7 working days.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation charges apply and must be requested on the same day as the order date. If not requested on time, the order will proceed to packing, and cancellation will no longer be possible. To cancel, send an email with your order number and reason for cancellation. The team will verify with the packing team and process your request accordingly.
- Non-Serviceable Pincodes: If your pincode is not serviceable, shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded before we cancel your order.
- Alternatively, we can ship your order through other courier partners. If this option is chosen, any additional shipping charges will need to be paid by you.Please note that we are not responsible for the condition of the plants upon delivery, we are doing our best to ensure they reach you safely.
