• Damaged/Dead Plants
Packaging: The plants were not properly secured, leading to transit stress that they could not recover from.
I cannot recommend VGR Gardens. They do not stand behind the quality of their shipping or their plants. Expecting a customer to “place a new order” or pay extra shipping to replace dead plants they sent is an unfair business practice.
Advice to Future Customers:
If you choose to order, ensure you record a continuous uncut unboxing video, as the seller will use any gap in documentation to deny a claim. Be prepared for long wait times and a “Replacement Only” policy that may require you to spend more money to get what you originally ordered.
