Our Ordering method

If you are eligible for a replacement or refund once we’ve received the information, we’ll send you a new one or reimburse you for the cost of your purchase using the original mode of payment.
Our Return and refund policy

If a refund request is made, it will be processed and paid to your account within 7–10 business days.
